Call Queuing

Never turn a customer away - calls are added to a queue to be answered by the next available operator. Progress messages can be played. Ability to create up to 50 call queues, and to choose music to play to the caller whilst in the queue.

Auto Attendant

Never miss a call - callers are answered straight away with a list of options to intelligently route the call to the correct person or department

Call Recording

When a plus (+) version of a package is chosen, calls on that number can be recorded. At the end of the call, a download link to the recording will be delivered via email, which you can then download and store securely.

Copies of the sound files are stored for 30 days, before being permanently deleted.

    Virtual phone packages

    Virtual packages allow users to have more than one package and number associated with their chosen VoIP option. Eg if you require a user to have access to answer call queues, as well as separate management of their own VoIP number, then a virtual package would allow the user access to the call queue.
